Questions we get a lot

Do I need to book?
For the fixed-price jobs, yes. We keep a couple of walk-in slots each morning for punctures and warning lights.
What if you find something else?
We stop, take a photo, and phone you with a price. Nothing extra is done without a yes.
Are parts included?
Consumables such as oil, filters and pads are in the price. Tyres and batteries are quoted at trade price before fitting.
Is there a warranty?
12 months or 12,000 miles on all repairs, and it is honoured at any of our bays.
